Being part of NSFW is a lot of work and currently not being fairly distributed.
To help fix this, I propose the DAO compensates the current members to incentivise/ensure their participation on NSFW.
Therefore, I suggest an 8 ETH compensation for each member per month. The proposal shall run for 3 months on an experimental base to see if we as a DAO manage to incentivise people enough to stay on NSFW and share the burden of responsibility.
If effective, we can then continue to pay those active members until the current funding runs out.
Current active members are:
For any member that won’t be actively participating in these three months the DAO would terminate the payment for this individual and would expect them to be removed or replaced.
I would expect once everyone is onboarded that each member has a function and a role within NSFW. If members can’t participate, they are urged to remove themselves and return the funds to the treasury.
Total ask 216 ETH.
I suggest to send send the ETH to the NSFW multi-sig, from where it will get distributed to the individual contributors on a monthly base.
