Appreciate the fix. Would be nice for housekeeping if the new stream was bundled in here, but understand the desire to test the params fully and correct it now.

given this prop is a technical formality for a prop that has already passed, can 4156 & 40 verify the veracity of the proposal then use their 57 votes to move this along?

shoutout to onnnnion and team for working on a potential new spec for the Stream contract, maybe the Camp team could include a landing page to list proposal best practices and incompatibilities like these before users are able to actually draft the proposal

i'm sure every issue won't be caught, just thinking out loud about ways to document and prevent these issues
