I didn't know about either of these things, and I did find myself wondering at one point, "what happens after having a prop passes, who collects the deliverables?" It seems like Maty has been the one sniffing the trails and finding out what happens to everything.

+++ accountability, tracking, and visibility

Maty’s work for nouns has been consistent and valuable since almost the beginning. Nobody else is doing the kind of accountability work he is doing, and his newsletter is also extremely helpful for staying up to date on Nouns— we use it at TNS to make sure we don’t miss anything in our Round Up videos, etc. Very deserving of a renewed contract, and also very deserving of a noun as a retro reward for his contributions thus far. <3

Easy yes. Agree with lilfrog that the proposal tracking needs its own dedicated site. Proptracker.wtf is not up to date but it is open source and built using Maty's data. Maty: you can have it if you want and I can show you around, not a difficult learning curve.

I think what Maty does is very important for the DAO, he also has formed relationships with the builders from the start of their proposals, so for the most part he has direct access to them whereas someone new trying to take over this role would not have. Also love that he's leaning into Farcaster by posting the newsletter as a frame via paragraph. Easy yes vote for me.

All of Maty's work is essential to the DAO. He's been here forever and consistently makes Nouns a better place. Hell ya. HELL YA!

Love this type of work -- my only ask is that I don't really follow the newsletter and would much prefer more effort into the notions tables that are used to track proposals. I could even imagine seeing the data presented in a better way, like an entire site dedicated to retroactively reviewing past proposals and leaving feedback. I think this is what propdates was meant to be but didn't quite make it fully there?

Really like the idea of aligning incentives around returning funding to the DAO. Tracking updates is hard work, but convincing someone to return funding to the DAO is even harder and there should be a special tier of reward for that.

big YES! with tracking proposals, Maty took on the unshiny work that nobody else wants to do.

imo a different (and slightly more aggressive?) incentive would be more appropriate and potentially help make the "tracking proposals" part redundant - e.g. Maty gets 20% of the funds that are returned to the DAO through his support. And for every 15ETH that are returned, he gets a Noun from the treasury.
a version of the above could be considered for the next round.

Maty is very important to nouns. He's doing all the behind-the-scenes work that most people won't do. He deserves a noun for sure.
