Archax is a impressive robot that can actually be piloted by a person. It boasts high design aesthetics and mechanical capabilities, making it a real-life robot that looks like it came straight out of science fiction.
Archax stands 4.5 meters tall and weighs 3.5 tons. It can transform between robot mode and vehicle mode. In robot mode, its 26 joints allow it to move like a human, while in vehicle mode, it runs like a car. Each part moves with sufficient speed, rigidity, and power.
NounsDAO is known as the most advanced DAO in the Crypto world, but in the real world, it is often seen merely as a nerdy meme(though it's cool). Currently, there are fewer than 300 unique holders, and attracting new users has been challenging, especially with arbitrageurs entering the market.
Since NounsDAO generates one NFT every day indefinitely, our DAO can only sustain ourselves by attracting new members and ensuring that at least one person wants to buy an NFT every day. To spread Nouns explosively, NounsDAO needs to capture the attention of users in the real world outside of the crypto sphere and engage them with the Nouns community.
Through proposals like Nouns Esports (68, 91, 112, 119, 263, 466) and Raise of Blue (195, 245, 317, 425, 433) that exceeded $100 million budget, our DAO have established connections with the real world. To further increase the recognition of Nouns, Nouns DAO needs to expand awareness among new users.
We have the technology to create robots like those seen in science fiction, and as leaders in the hardware industry, we can collaborate with NounsDAO to establish Nouns' position as a form of entertainment (meme) in the real world. With this proposal, we estimate that we can bring awareness of NounsDAO to 10 million individuals through Archax.
To raise awareness of NounsDAO among 10 million people in the real world, we will create a collaborative design of Archax and Nouns (Phase 1), and then manufacture the Nouns model of Archax (Phase 2). After that, we will hold events worldwide where nouners can pilot the Nouns model of Archax (Phase 3).
We will design a new model that combines the cutting-edge aspects of Archax with the retro charm of Nouns. Below is the sample image of the Nouns Model Archax that we will create.
Instead of a sword, it is possible to equip it with a giant noggle(⌐◨-◨) or an ice cream(🍦). In Phase 1, we will explore the potential for such fusions between Nouns and Archax.
This design will undergo mechanical strength calculations and interference analysis, ensuring it can be practically manufactured.
Using this design, we will produce a 1-3 minute concept movie with these CG images. By releasing the new Nouns-themed design on our YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram, we will also expand awareness of Nouns.
After creating the design, we will proceed with the actual development of the Nouns Exteria Covers for Archax. This time, the exterior will be made according to the Nouns Archax Model design. We will also post the entire process, from design to assembly, on our social media.
Once the Nouns Model Archax is completed, we will host a reveal event and an online event at our warehouse, inviting the media. Additionally, we will create and release a 15-30 minute short film featuring this robot.
Starting in 2025, for one year, we will showcase the Nouns Archax Model created in Phases 1 and 2 at events around the world.

Each event is expected to attract tens of thousands to over a million attendees. Especially at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, one of the world's three major motor shows, which we plan to participate in, an estimated 1.5 million people will attend, providing a significant opportunity to increase recognition.

Additionally, at each event, we will offer a special piloting experience for NounsNFT holders.
NounsNFT holders can submit a signature with their wallet containing the NFT in advance to receive a boarding ticket for Archax at the event location. Previously, it was not possible to pilot Archax during regular exhibitions, but starting with the Nouns Archax Model, we will offer a piloting experience within the exhibition event for the first time.
Our Archax has many dedicated fans.
Most recently, we exhibited at the Japan Mobility Show 2023, which attracted over 1.1 million attendees, garnering significant attention as a near-future piloted robot. During the event, we sold out approximately 10,000 pieces of merchandise (each priced around $15). Additionally, we have a significant online presence with 23.9k subscribers on YouTube, 58.8k followers on X, and 84.2k followers on Instagram. Our YouTube channel has over 2 million total views, and our X and Instagram impressions consistently exceed 3.5 million per month on average.
Our current plan is a long-term project that will request around $1,100,000 in total over two years. In this proposal (Phase 1), we are requesting $124,260 for the production costs of the Nouns-themed Archax. The detailed breakdown of costs for each phase is as follows:
In 2019, he established ALTs Corporation and developed myoelectric prosthetic hands (robotic prosthetic hands) that can be operated according to human intentions. In Archax, he applied the technology of myoelectric prosthetic hands to achieve precise movements of the giant but very intricate hands.
