tldr; This proposal aims to add Tuba and Sandcastle traits to the correct descriptor contract attached to NounsToken.
Unfortunately, we updated the wrong descriptor contract in our recent trait add props.
Props 533 and 556 called addHeads at 0x6229...6268. As prop 396 set the NFTs descriptor to 0x25fF...7951, new traits cannot not be minted until they're added to the correct descriptor 0x25fF...7951.
Txn Adds both heads in order of props. head-tuba will attain seed 250, head-sand-castle will attain 251
