We propose funding $154,535 USDC to establish Indonesia's first permanent Nouns IRL coffee shop, specifically in Bandung, West Java.
As a Nouns branded coffee shop, Nounspresso will annually return the profit to the treasury by purchasing 1 Noun at the auction as long as the business runs. The remaining profit will be allocated to:

A permanent and sustainable IRL coffee shop established by and for Nouns in Bandung City, Indonesia, offers a fully functioning and legitimate F&B business. We aim to become a beacon for Nouns, known for its universality and impact within the community.
Nounspresso will be developed as an inclusive community hub, coffee shop, merchandise store, and legitimate business. It will provide passive income for the Nouns Treasury by annually returning revenue through the purchase of Noun at auction.
Nounspresso will be located in Bandung City, Indonesia, Southeast Asia. We have already locked and ready to seal the deal with the place for Nounspresso. It is strategically positioned, has a large parking area which can be used as an event space in the future, surrounded by several cafes and retail stores. Additionally, it is situated on a busy road frequently traveled by many people.
Why Bandung, Indonesia? Indonesia is known for its famous coffee bean delicacies, mostly from West Java, Bandung. This city is also renowned for its factory outlets, distros, and modern cafes, providing an ideal setting for our innovative coffee shop concept.
Nouns are widely known for their contributions to the community, not only through a variety of Web3 events but also as a living brand. We believe that Nouns need to personify itself in an IRL place/business to penetrate deeper into society. Although Web3 and Crypto have faced some resistance in a few countries, we believe that every community’s contribution will be valued in every sector, especially in Indonesia.
Nounspresso will also create numerous employment opportunities, fostering economic growth and providing new jobs for local communities. This initiative aims to support local talent, stimulate economic activity, and contribute to the region's overall well-being.
Indonesia, especially West Java, is known for its high-quality coffee bean production. The region's altitude and geographical position provide suitable soil for growing coffee plants. That is why many of its people become coffee bean farmers and run home businesses managing coffee beans.
Nounspresso, a coffee shop that was born and grew up in West Java, of course, uses local coffee beans, namely Papandayan and Puntang, to contribute to the local community.
Once the initial funds for Phase 1 are received, the preparation will immediately begin. The preparation includes branding and concept, renovations, hiring, and marketing. The preparation timeline will refer to the funding phase explained at the bottom. However, our hope and target is that Nounspresso will be completed by the end of this year.
Our team consists of three individuals with extensive business backgrounds, all fully enthusiastic about coffee:
• Andy: Andy (known as Ikhsan on web2) has a background in hospitality and tourism. Part of the Superlative Secret Society since 2021 and previously was the Manager at Superlative Gallery in Bali.
• Lim Phing: A specialist in business development and human resources, Lim Phing will oversee marketing and HR.
• Rava: Full-time coffee specialist and enthusiast who will focus on F&B menu development. Dedicated to brewing and coffee management for over 8 years.
The three of us are dedicated to developing and maintaining this business. Nounspresso will not only be our business but also a part of our hobby and lifestyle. We will take accountability for every decision and its development.
