Accretive moves to the treasury are nounish. I agree lower IDs should in theory be more valuable, but this intuition should be expressed by the market for secondaries.

Fully supportive of Bix swapping a noun she bought for a crown she'll cherish, but just can't get my mind around allowing a month-one noun ID to be swapped for a negligible premium. Maybe the whole provenance-as-value hypothesis never plays out anyway, but no need to make sure that it doesn't with bad onchain precedence. Any other noun or crown gets my vote.

Don’t have much of an opinion on this other than based on my introduction to nouns so far bixbite seems like a great person carrying the nouns flag. Had no idea lower is had more value.

I think that it’s good to set a precedent of significant compensation for low or meaningful Noun IDs. These do have specific status and should be treated accordingly

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, worst case scenario the proposal is defeated & the crown stays locked away in the castle of the Nouns Treasury..... but best case scenario I own a new digital identity I can proudly display across Web3 & start commissioning new art pieces for - starting with a new crown rug from Maty. Also having the honor of owning an early digit ID is a piece of history to be proud of in itself.

I'm one of those people that values low ID more than higher ID. And in saying that, I think this could be one of the times it is worthy... not by eth value, but because it's going to someone who loves nouns so much and will no doubt be an even stronger and more proud advocate as the owner of noun 16.

let her have it imo, it's better to put it in the hands of someone who will actually use it to vote and as their digital identity than some NFT collector or dead in the treasury, and it's not like anyone else is exactly clamoring for low ID Nouns or treasury Nouns generally
