Marinioac, founder of Precious Noggles and creator of Prop 685 Good Noggles is a prescription Precious Noggles for kids forever, has been invited by Robin deLisser to participate in Art Basel Miami and Miami Blockchain Week from Dec 2-8.
Robin, impressed by the impactful work Marinioac has done with Nouns, crypto and recycled plastics, reached out after watching the short film by Circle and following the approval of Prop 685.
From there, Robin invited Marinioac to speak and participate in at least 10 events during Art Basel and Miami Blockchain Week as a Nouns ambassador, highlighting the community's values of innovation, sustainability, and positive impact.
To date, three speaking engagements have been confirmed, with the potential for three or four more. This exposure will help Precious Noggles expand its mission to create a positive impact for the planet.
This proposal seeks funding of 4,640 USDC for this marketing opportunity, which arose as a direct result of the approval of Prop 685 and, therefore, was not anticipated when it was initially submitted.
Art Basel 2024 offers a variety of events spanning art, music, and blockchain. In 2018, Robin and her team created the first Miami Blockchain Week, blending art, music, and blockchain innovation into a week-long series of events. Since then, blockchain's presence has continued to grow at the event.
This year, Miami Blockchain Week will also highlight sustainability and ocean conservation, themes directly aligned with Marinioac’s work through Precious Noggles. Art Basel and Miami Blockchain Week present a unique opportunity to showcase the positive impact of Nouns.
Precious Noggles embodies all the key elements of these events: a female entrepreneur, product manager, and innovator recycling plastics into useful products while utilizing cryptocurrency to sustain her business. The organizers are honored to provide additional exposure to Marinioac and Precious Noggles during one of Miami's largest annual events.

Robin deLisser is a prominent leader in technology startups, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, with over 20 years of experience driving innovation. She has produced impactful events like TEDx, conferences, and hackathons, fostering civic discourse and advancing emerging technologies.
Since 2011, Robin has been deeply involved in the blockchain space, notably serving as the Bitcoin Ambassador U.S. for the Bitcoin Association, where she played a key role in making blockchain technology accessible and advocating for its adoption.
Currently, Robin is developing a startup within the Bittensor ecosystem, focusing on decentralizing computational power through AI and blockchain integration. Her work aims to democratize technology access, empowering smaller teams to compete with resource-heavy organizations.
Due to the event's proximity, travel costs are slightly higher, especially for the international flight. The trip will span 9 days and 8 nights in Miami, speaking at 3 to 7 events, representing Nouns through Precious Noggles and Prop 685.
The costs for this trip were not anticipated in Prop 685 because this marketing opportunity arose as a direct result of its approval and, therefore, could not have been included when the proposal was initially submitted.
