I would like to host Haus of Nouns (HoN) at FarCon NYC.
Think of Haus of Nouns as a micro version of Nouns Town LA at Secret Walls HQ.
While offering daytime programming with workspaces, creative activities, and more, the event will also host two pilots for Nouns to expand our brand footprint: a residency program and a local impact project.

If Nouns Town LA showed us one thing, it's that the real magic happens when we bring people together in real life and give them space to create.
The grand vision for the HoN Residency Program is to develop a talent acquisition engine that predictably attracts aligned developers and artists into our ecosystem.
In regard to ecosystem stability and growth, the HoN Residency Program is primed to function as a retention tool—keeping talent engaged while providing focused opportunities for partner integrations to help us spread the word and share the financial burden.
Lastly, it's worth mentioning that this program will be replicable and covers the full funnel; therefore, it can become self-sufficient after the pilot phase.
2024 – Experiment – Tested at Nouns Town LA ✅
2025 – Pilots – Test HoN Residency as stand-alone activation during relevant industry events.
2026 – Rollout recurring HoN Residency Program with Partners
For Nouns Town 24, I did an experiment which tested positive. Goldy + team gently promoted the activation on their channels and it attracted 72 talented artist who were keen to engage with the brand (one way or another). As a result we sponsored top talent Jess Wisemann to spend the week with us in LA and make art. She has been repeatidly engaging with Nouns and we're in the process of - well, "BD'ing" what it could look like in the future.

This will be a first properly planned pilot in an early stage roadmap of bringing the HoN Residency Program to market. It's a one-off case study to test the thesis and approach partners afterwards.
In previous years, FarCon has attracted high caliber developers as well as generally highly aligned Nouns folks which is why I believe this is a great opportunity for a first pilot.

I'm a firm believer that when ⌐◨-◨ meet up in a city, we should "leave the place better than we found it". More on this line of thinking here.
Generally I'm considering 3rd places which are perfectly fitting for us to leave a mark and do good for the public. I'm aiming to identify places where the curious are searching for new thoughts, inspiration and things to explore - Things like Nouns.
I will work with local Nouners to identify the best project for us to focus on.
These are the principles which will guide the development of the initiative:
Due to the complexity and not to raise false expectations, I am refraining from reaching out to potential partners until the budget it available. I will publish regular updates to the progress on my paragraph and host regular workshop/update sessions leading up to FarCon.
Promoting Nouns at an event that attracts a large pool of talent and industry thought leaders - a group of people who are closely aligned to the Nouns spirit.
For all, I am always aiming to set new benchmarks and make cases for best practices.
Budget will be intentionally spent. A full report of the activation will be shared after the event and remaining budget will be returned to the treasury.

I also run a creative studio in which I'm trusted by major brands to work on their brand strategies, consumer engagement programs and web3 integrations.
