The DHNOUNS project proposes the creation of a sustainable initiative focused on the values of community and public goods, with the goal of organizing itinerant downhill sports events of medium and large scale that connect different communities through sport, education on ecosystem respect, and support for local entrepreneurship. Through the DHNOUNS CUP and DHNOUNS GP events, we aim to generate sustainable returns on investment and position ourselves as a global reference in downhill events, with the vision of decentralizing and expanding the project from Colombia to the rest of the world. With the support of governmental allies, as well as the DHNOUNS community internationally, and the backing of blockchain technology, DHNOUNS presents itself as a platform to connect people from different cultures and promote a love for sport, technology, and innovation.
What do we propose?
The creation of a sustainable project based on the values of nouns of community and public goods, with the vision of organizing itinerant medium and large-scale sports events (downhill competitions) that unite the community and highlight the virtues of each particular location, such as skating schools, cleanliness, respect for the ecosystem, and local entrepreneurship and brands. All of this will be made possible through the DHNOUNS events, whose models are replicable in different countries and cities. In this way, we connect distant communities that share a love for sport and the values of nouns as a passion that unites and promotes sport, with a use case for cryptocurrencies and technology, especially through blockchain, thereby boosting gravity sports globally.
How will we do it?
We will execute the DHNOUNS CUP and DHNOUNS GP events, designed to generate a return on investment with a profit margin of 5% on the cost per event. This will position us as a reference for nouns, an event that starts in Colombia and expands worldwide, decentralizing with the vision of being a pioneering project in professional downhill community events, connecting thousands of people around DHNOUNS.
To achieve this, we have governmental allies in Colombia, such as IDRD, the Ministry of Tourism, and Local City Halls in various cities across the country. Additionally, we have DHNOUNS-certified community members in the United States, Europe, and Africa, who will help expand the impact of DHNOUNS organically on a global scale. For DHNOUNS GP, we are partnering with WDSC, who will be the international promoter of the competition. They have already announced on their social media the confirmation of DHNOUNS GP for November 28 in Bogotá.
Impact:
We aim to make an impact locally with 114 participants per DHNOUNS cup. During the pre-competition phase, we will focus on creating community dynamics around the events that unite the community and generate more trust in the project and events. We will execute these events internationally, which will allow us to gain visibility and involve more people from the sports community with DHNOUNS. This series of events will receive the first and only funding from nouns for event creation, focusing on community dynamics worldwide and public goods that impact local communities.

This request aims to finance the first edition of the DHNOUNS CUP competition, which will take place in Guadalupe, Bogotá. Our goal is to demonstrate the feasibility of organizing events that unite the community and promote the growth of the sport at a regional level. We aspire to generate a return on investment that will allow us to plan future editions in various cities across Colombia, strengthening entrepreneurs and athletes in a space created by DHNOUNS. This initiative connects local entrepreneurship with the growth of projects on a global scale, culminating in world championships organized by DHNOUNS and WSDC. Rules and Structure of the 2025 CUP DHNOUNS
Cup DHNOUNS is planned to take place in races of 4 people in 2 categories: downhill skate and downhill inline. These events are intended for a maximum attendance of 120 competitors, and we estimate that between 400 to 500 people will attend each event in each of the cities where we will execute the COPA DHNOUNS: Bogota, Medellín, and Cali.

The event will be live-streamed from Bogotá, in the National Park, aiming to connect hundreds of thousands of people with Nouns and the downhill community.
Includes the establishment of a company dedicated to producing this event annually, establishing a self-sustaining and community-focused project.
The budget covers logistics, transmission, arbitration, rental of public space, permits, partnerships with public entities, content production, payment to the WDSC team, and logistics company.

The total investment includes payment to WSDC, production and request for permits from local authorities, rental of the national park, police logistics, ambulances, first aid, prize pool for the race, insurance policies, track protection, signage, emergency plan, traffic mobility plan, production of 25 puff furniture in the shape of Nouns and giant inflatable Nouns, rental of public toilets, 3 LED screens, sound system, tents, logistics team on the track and broadcasting room. Nouns will be the main sponsor and founder of the event, and in its first edition, we aim to generate a massive event never before seen in Nouns. We estimate an 80% return on investment based on the production costs of the event, which will be collected through competitor registration fees, local sponsor sponsorships, and ventures that will be part of the Nouns fair. The funds raised will be reinvested in 2026 to execute what would be the second version of DHNOUNS GP, estimating cost reduction as the produced furniture will be reusable in future editions of DHNOUNS GP and the DHNOUNS Cup.

Attached is the budget breakdown for the contract with WSDC.
This investment is based on the production and execution of an international race called DHNOUNS GP BOGOTÁ, which will be streamed live on the internet. During the event at the national park, there will be a fair-like space with a Nouns theme where people can watch the competition live, transmitted by drones and fixed cameras, connecting thousands of attendees in an environment with 100% Nouns aesthetics in furniture and ventures that will be part of the exhibition with their projects and businesses aimed at Nouns creators from around the world.
DH NOUNS is an initiative that connects the NOUNS community with the world of downhill longboarding and rollerblading. Through events such as training, education, meetings, competitions, and a team of high-level athletes, the DHNouns will carry the identity of NOUNS to the mountains, the tracks, and thousands of people worldwide, both online and in real life, as our universal language is skating and Nouns.

We are DHNOUNS, a project focused on connecting downhill sports with the values of Nouns, the community, and the sporting spirit. We seek to finance two events: one at a national and Latin American level and another at a global scale. With this funding, we will create and establish the DHNOUNS CUP and the world DHNOUNS GP Championship.
The funding requested here only contemplates the execution of 2 events. The first, CUP DHNOUNS Vol 1 Guadalupe, will give us funding and ROI to execute the other editions of CUP DHNOUNS in Colombia during 2025. The second event a world-class event is designed to generate ROI and be able to produce and execute it once a year in future editions in 2026.
We are a project dedicated to promoting sports and public goods by creating safe and professional spaces for their practice and fostering their future growth. Together with Nouns, we will make history of the sport for future generations.
These events will be the seed that will allow DHNOUNS to grow sustainably. Downhill has great potential in Colombia and Latin America, making the cup our first event in a series of competitions scheduled throughout the year. Rules and Structure of the 2025 CUP DHNOUNS
Cup DHNOUNS is planned to take place in races of 4 people in 2 categories: downhill skate and downhill inline. These events are intended for a maximum attendance of 120 competitors, and we estimate that between 400 to 500 people will attend each event in each of the cities where we will execute the COPA DHNOUNS: Bogota, Medellín, and Cali.

The event will be live-streamed from Bogotá, in the National Park, aiming to connect hundreds of thousands of people with Nouns and the downhill community.
Includes the establishment of a company dedicated to producing this event annually, establishing a self-sustaining and community-focused project.
The budget covers logistics, transmission, arbitration, rental of public space, permits, partnerships with public entities, content production, payment to the WDSC team, and logistics company.
Total Investment: $89.798 USD.
The total investment includes payment to WSDC, production and request for permits from local authorities, rental of the national park, police logistics, ambulances, first aid, prize pool for the race, insurance policies, track protection, signage, emergency plan, traffic mobility plan, production of 25 puff furniture in the shape of Nouns and giant inflatable Nouns, rental of public toilets, 3 LED screens, sound system, tents, logistics team on the track and broadcasting room. Nouns will be the main sponsor and founder of the event, and in its first edition, we aim to generate a massive event never before seen in Nouns. We estimate an 80% return on investment based on the production costs of the event, which will be collected through competitor registration fees, local sponsor sponsorships, and ventures that will be part of the Nouns fair. The funds raised will be reinvested in 2026 to execute what would be the second version of DHNOUNS GP, estimating cost reduction as the produced furniture will be reusable in future editions of DHNOUNS GP and the DHNOUNS Cup.

Attached is the budget breakdown for the contract with WSDC.
This investment is based on the production and execution of an international race called DHNOUNS GP BOGOTÁ, which will be streamed live on the internet. During the event at the national park, there will be a fair-like space with a Nouns theme where people can watch the competition live, transmitted by drones and fixed cameras, connecting thousands of attendees in an environment with 100% Nouns aesthetics in furniture and ventures that will be part of the exhibition with their projects and businesses aimed at Nouns creators from around the world.
DH NOUNS is an initiative that connects the NOUNS community with the world of downhill longboarding and rollerblading. Through events such as training, education, meetings, competitions, and a team of high-level athletes, the DHNouns will carry the identity of NOUNS to the mountains, the tracks, and thousands of people worldwide, both online and in real life, as our universal language is skating and Nouns.

The trajectory of DH NOUNS, founded in 2023 on the Polygon network, is linked to thatsgnar.ly, where we began to incorporate people into the community and cryptocurrencies, financing and educating athletes in the use of blockchain technology and decentralized finance protocols. In 2024, we launched our daily auction protocol based on 1/1 non-fungible tokens, building our treasury on the OP network but open to all Ethereum networks. We are DHNOUNS, a project focused on connecting downhill sports with the values of Nouns, the community, and the sporting spirit. We seek to finance two events: one at a national and Latin American level and another at a global scale. With this funding, we will create and establish the DHNOUNS CUP and the world DHNOUNS GP Championship.
The funding requested here only contemplates the execution of 2 events. The first, CUP DHNOUNS Vol 1 Guadalupe, will give us funding and ROI to execute the other editions of CUP DHNOUNS in Colombia during 2025. The second event a world-class event is designed to generate ROI and be able to produce and execute it once a year in future editions in 2026.
We are a project dedicated to promoting sports and public goods by creating safe and professional spaces for their practice and fostering their future growth. Together with Nouns, we will make history of the sport for future generations.
These events will be the seed that will allow DHNOUNS to grow sustainably. Downhill has great potential in Colombia and Latin America, making the cup our first event in a series of competitions scheduled throughout the year. This will be possible thanks to the initial investment in DHNOUNS CUP VOL. 1, which will provide us with the necessary capital to organize the upcoming events in Bucaramanga and Medellín in 2025.
DHNOUNS GP will be the event that positions DHNOUNS at the highest professional level of the sport. We will partner with WDSC, which will serve as the international promoter responsible for broadcasting, logistics, and organizing the qualifying stages with judges during the event.
Additionally, we will provide a space for the community, allowing more people to learn about DHNOUNS and join both the online and on-chain community. We will also launch a curated call for businesses and brands focused on downhill, as well as Nounish brands that want to connect with the downhill community.
The local community will also play a key role in the event, as they will have the opportunity to sell food and beverages to attendees. Our vision with DHNOUNS GP is to recover the investment through registration fees, charges for participating businesses, and the sale of event 2025 jerseys. This will enable us to fund the 2026 edition and, year after year, continue fostering Nouns culture, ensuring that the event grows bigger and better in the future.

High speeds can be reached, and since it is a high-accident sport, we seek to generate awareness and respect for the sport and the roads where it is practiced and care for the mountains.
Downhill nouns can be anything, but its core is the community and the real people who will turn this idea into a material experience, leaving a legacy for the sport and culture, driven by a crypto-native community that uses technology to materialize DHNouns as a global powerhouse in downhill.
