I appreciate Wylin's contributions, and even though 'nounish' is very subjective for each person he can easily be categorized as it. I'm glad to give him a deciding voice in the DAO with this fine artwork he likes.

However, I view this reward as directly linked to Proposal 766, whose approach I disagreed with. To remain consistent with my previous vote, I will vote against this proposal as well. I can't say I've followed all of Wylin's work, but I've appreciated Nouns 95 and his work on the DUNA.

To be fair, i dont think all of wylins actions has always been net good for Nouns but even when misfiring i believe the intent has come from a place of caring and deep drive to push nouns forward.

Wylin at his best is extremely impactful and worth celebrating.

Wylin' heart and soul are nounish

As the proposer, I see the story perhaps was too personal. That was meant to reflect the amount of time he has been around helping rather than personal friendship.

Whilst money is great, I believe this is a situation of:
"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime"

imo this Noun has greater value than money - if the holder can realize that value - which I believe Wylin will/can. I would like to have some references of good Treasury Noun distribution and this could be one of those. I agree most past gifts have not gone well, but hopefully this proposal will give us a case study to argue the opposite. I was also gifted a Noun and have put it to extreme use (it is even sponsoring this proposal).

Appreciate the feedback, I am positive that this Noun, if used to it's full extent, grants Wylin much more than just $.

"When NFTs from the treasury are distributed but don't bring positive public impact, it's a waste of public resources." - The positive public impact is already happening and this is a retro-reward. I see no signs of Wylin not putting this Noun to good use - he has been an active zeroweight voter/proposer, this would allow him to:

• not pay fees every time he speaks on props
• not charge him to create candidates
• allow him to sponsor props
• give him agency in flows
• feel real recognition and thanks for valuable work

imho there is no greater gift or acknowledgement from the DAO than receiving a Noun
