Lil Crown was born June 8th, 2022 - Lil Noun 1673. Since then, Bixbite has proudly embraced Lil Crown as her online identity (three years and counting). She'll always be a Lil Noun, but the Queen Crown is the perfect Noun to continue her journey with (she said so herself).
Bix believes in the provenance of a low ID Noun and it is "not something [she] takes lightly". To her, the honor of owning a low digit ID Noun would symbolize her dedication to the DAO over the years, and her continued dedication for many years to come. If it was just the trait that she was after she would use the available community tools such as the Crystal Ball, but unfortunately you can't freshly mint history; therefore a proposal is her only opportunity to acquire this beauty (her words not mine).
Additional thoughts from proposer (pip): Noun 12 recently sold for essentially bid price (~15% premium), so I think it is time to accept that these Nouns probably need loving owners in order to accrue meaningful meme value and build provenance. People are not beating down the door to own this Noun, but it clearly has sentimental/meme value to Bixbite and I'd enjoy seeing her rep it. Bixbite dedicates many hours every week to thoroughly review and critique proposals across Nouns and Lil Nouns, and has become a voice that people respect and appreciate. From new community coming through Nouncil and Lil Nouns calls every Thursday through to existing community partaking in daily governance; so I say send it.
