I think that the EOY awards was a fun experience for the DAO and it's great to see contributors who make an impact being rewarded. That said, I don't think that gifting a Noun is a commensurate reward in return for that initiative.

We already gifted you a Noun for Proposal 632 (although you were unable to deliver what was proposed, we did receive a reskin of Probe & a Nouns client) and for your work with Prop 832 I do not think we should be rewarding you for gambling away $42,000+ on meme coins with funds that were supposed to be used for grants to builders. No one is more deserving of Noun 911 than Steward Lil. Pipe is an irreplaceable voice in Nouns, expressed via his art, conversational wit, leadership at /noc, thoughtful proposals and sponsorships, and efforts in onboarding newcomers and rewarding consistent contribution.
